Achievement Unlocker (or AU for short) is an Xbox achievement unlocking service. We play games on your account to unlock you all achievements in games you purchased.

On this page you can find a list of most common questions. Is something missing, or do you have another question? Feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to reply.

Q: If I purchase one or more games, what exactly do I get?
A: We will play on your account to unlock the achievements you purchased.

Q: Will I get ingame rewards or progress?
A: No, we cannot guarantee our progress syncs. The only thing that is guaranteed, is the achievement unlocks.

Q: How do I order?
A: Simple, just pick the game(s) you want, and/or DLC you need, and add it to your cart. During checkout, you will be asked to provide your account details and Discord name.

Q: Is my account secure?
A: Yes. We at Achievement Unlocker make it our goal to ensure customer privacy and security. Your account details are safe and will never be shared or used elsewhere.

Q: I have security enabled on my account. Will you be able to log in?
A: Most likely not, unless you are a returning customer. You will be asked to provide your Discord account during checkout. We will get in touch on Discord if we encounter issues signing in to your xbox account.

Q: I only see base games and DLC listed. Do you offer individual achievements?
A: Yes, we do offer custom quotes for games where you have already unlocked some achievemens yourself. Please note that you need to have less than 20% of the achievements locked in order to be eligible for a custom quote. If you have more achievements remaining, you will need to order the full game. You can get in touch with us on Discord in order to get a custom quote.
