By checking the box below, you (hereafter referred to as “Customer”), and Achievement Unlocker (hereafter referred to as “AU”), agree to the following:
– This is a digital service, no physical goods are shipped or delivered to the Customer.
– The Customer acknowledges that AU will log onto the Customer’s Xbox Live account and perform the service of unlocking achievements on the Customer’ss account.
– The Customer acknowledges that AU can only guarantee that the achievements ordered by the customer will be unlocked when the order is finished. Any game progress, ingame rewards, savegames etc, will not be available after the order has been completed.
– AU can not be held accountable in the event the Customer’s account receives a ban from achievement and leaderboard tracking websites, Microsoft services, or Xbox Live for not complying with their rules or other terms.
– AU has a strict no refunds policy. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, barring cases in which AU fails to fulfill an order, or fulfills one erroneously.
